ICX, Inc., and its related companies (collectively “ICX,” “we,” “our”), collects, uses, and shares a range of information in order to provide actionable insights to our customers. This helps our customers identify audiences, tailor content to an audience’s interests.
This Privacy Policy provides you with information about the information and other data ICX collects, how and why we collect it, and how we use and share it to provide services to our customers. If you are a resident of the State of California, this Privacy Policy also provides additional information on your rights and choices under California law.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect information from popular social media platforms via application programming interfaces (APIs) and similar tools that facilitate data collection on those platforms. Most of this data includes information that users make public on those platforms, for example, the content users post and share, user comments on content posted by others, and the brands or personalities that users follow. In some instances, we may supplement this data with additional data provided by third parties. We may then analyze this information to understand users’ interests or other things about them. Some of this data may constitute “personal information” under applicable privacy or data protection laws. The information that we collect falls into different categories, for example:

Identifiers, such as name, username, screen name, email address, physical address, social network identifier, and other similar identifiers.

Commercial information, including information about products or services users have obtained, or user purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies (if users share such information in public posts or comments).

We use the information we collect for a number of business and commercial purposes, including to:

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to opt out of any disclosure or sharing of your personal information in a way that is deemed a “sale” under the CCPA. When you exercise your right to opt out, we will no longer share the personal information that you identify to us in a manner that constitutes a sale.

Please note that, because many individuals share the same or similar names, ICX can only determine whether it has collected information about you if you provide a social media username, screen name, or email address that uniquely identifies you on a particular social media account or platform. If you wish to opt-out of the sale of your personal information related to more than one social media account or platform, you will need to submit a unique identifier for each relevant account or platform. Access and Deletion
If you are a California resident, you may also have the following rights with respect to any information about you that constitutes “personal information” under the CCPA:

Designating an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf
If you wish to designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf, you can do so by providing a written authorization that:

States the full legal name of the individual you have selected as your authorized agent;

Clearly states which rights you wish to exercise;

Identifies the relevant social media username(s), screen name(s), email address(es), or similar identifier(s) (as described above) for the rights you wish to exercise; and

Is signed and notarized in accordance with applicable requirements under California law.
Please note that we may require your authorized agent to verify their own identity directly with us, by supplying a copy of a driver’s license, passport, or other official government document that matches the full legal name of the individual identified in your written authorization.
Children and Teens
ICX does not knowingly collect personal information from consumers under age 16 and does not sell the personal information of any individual that that it knows is under 16. Use of YouTube API
ICX uses YouTube's API (YouTube's Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and by using ICX, users are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Additional information on Google's Privacy Policy can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy. If you'd like to revoke access to YouTube at any time, you can either do that within the ICX application or on the Google Security settings page.
